  • Phone

When you visit our website or use our lockers we also gather data, such as your IP address, the time when the parcel was picked up and the number of times you use pick-up alerts.

What is the data used for?

We naturally have a good reason for using your data. We need your data to be able to provide you with information about our service, to ensure it functions correctly and to improve it. We never use your personal data for other purposes than strictly necessary to run our business.

When is data processed?

When you visit our website, we use cookies to harvest data that we use to improve our website. We also keep the data you give us if you fill out a contact form on the website. If you use one of our services we keep data relating to when you picked up your parcel from our locker, your general locker use and any complaint you may make. Phone calls to our customer service may also be recorded for quality assurance purposes.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data no longer than needed for the processing purpose. We will erase your data within 30 days of receiving a request from you to do so. In all other cases, we will archive the data we hold. We have an obligation under the laws on financial supervision not to erase the basic data we have archived for seven years.


Do we share your data with third parties?

We will not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the agreement we enter into with you or we have a legal obligation to. We use Google Analytics to help us improve our website. Google uses cookies in order to be able to provide us with this information. We will do our utmost to ensure that third parties process this data in a secure and appropriate manner. We are permitted to share personal data with the relevant authorities if there is a suspicion of fraud or abuse of our service and/or a service provided by our partners.
